Processing Time

Processing time: Ready-to-ship items are carefully packed and shipped within 5–7 business days of your order. Custom orders take longer; we will confirm the timing with you by email.

Delivery time: Once shipped, USPS delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Standard Mail (no tracking): $1.95 per order — sent by regular USPS mail with a stamp. Best for cards and bookmarks.
  • Tracked Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $4.95 per order, with a tracking number.
  • Free shipping on orders over $35.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email (with tracking when available).

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve it. Please note that Standard Mail has no tracking, so we cannot trace or replace letters lost by the post office. For peace of mind, choose Tracked Shipping.

Damaged Items

We pack every piece with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please email watercolorbyruth21@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement (if available) or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging (cards in their sleeve with the envelope). To start a return, email watercolorbyruth21@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayPal within 5–7 business days. It may take a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to show the refund.
